CPR/AED Admissions Policy

ADMISSION POLICY

We ask that you arrive at the test center 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures.

Please be prepared to show personal identification.  ID can be a driver’s license, state identification card, military identification, or passport and include a signature and permanently affixed photo (visible signature not required for valid military IDs).

Do not bring any electronic devices, reference materials, notes, calculators, etc. to the testing center. You are encouraged to leave as many of these as possible at home, since CCFES will not be responsible for stolen, lost, or misplaced items.

If you fail to appear for the course/class, fail to cancel or reschedule within the required time, or are refused admission, you will forfeit the course/class fee.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your course/class, you must contact CCFES at least one business day (24 hours) prior to your course/class appointment.  For example, if your course/class is scheduled for Friday at 9:00 AM, you must reschedule or cancel prior to the previous Thursday at 9:00 AM.  You must call 770-473-7833 (M-F 8:00 to 4:00 pm EST) or log fill out another CPR/AED Registration form and select “Cancellation of previous registered class” from “Type of request” heading and a notification email will be sent to us.
