THE CAPTAIN OF LOGISTICS, NICK FERRELL IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FACILITIES MANAGEMENT WHICH INCLUDES:

• Schedule, plan, organize & manage resources responsible for maintenance, repair & upkeep on 14 Fire Stations & Headquarters/Training grounds
• Develop policies & procedures for building maintenance functions, grounds maintenance & repairs
• Coordinate projects & work activities with various resources, contractors, outside agencies and other county departments
• Prepare and complete various forms, work orders, reports and departmental designed spreadsheets for internal tracking purposes
• Performing research to assist the Deputy Chief with procurement of equipment, supplies and materials
